Every time I walk into this store, the customer service is horrible. Managers are extremely rude, no one is excited for you, and everything is made difficult. After multiple terrible experiences and a ton of money spent, I still took my dress there to be steamed. Of course I was given a hard time since I didn't have it altered there, but the manager (rudely) finally agreed to do it. We visited the store on San Felipe and found what we needed, but the young lady who "helped" us was very rude and didn't HELP us at all. She stood around and rolled her eyes. She acted like all the things my daughter wanted for her wedding apparel was ridiculous and unheard of. I will NEVER recommend David's Bridal on San Felipe to anyone.
Waited for 30 minutes to pick up a sash I had put on hold an hour earlier. Watched countless people walk aimlessly around doing nothing as the store was basically a ghost town. I finally got "help" from Shirley, who was incredibly rude and had an attitude right from the start, I guess she was annoyed at having to work while at her job. So disappointed in this location. Will gladly begin taking my business to House of Brides across the street.
I wish I could give negative stars..... The worst customer service and quality I have ever experienced, and it has been on multiple occasions. Here are just a few of the examples of (my Bridal party and I) have experienced this year.... 1) stains on "brand new" flower girl dress 2) rudeness to my matron of honor when she wanted to pick up her dress a few days later than 7 days because she was already making the trip with me for my alterations the next week (she lives across town, has a 2 year old, and is 7 months pregnant)... read more
They forgot to add the extra length to my dress. They had checked and told me it wouldn't cost extra to add the length. Then after they messed up my order I got charged an additional fee. When I complained they did nothing to make it right.. then when I picked up my dress they asked if I needed to try it on as all their staff was busy and couldn't help me. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
My friends and I came to look at bridal dresses and bridesmaids dresses. We found what we came for and had to order our diEs of course, it took several weeks for the bridesmaids dress to come in. And for wedding gown, it took longer than expected. Each of us had to come get our dresses separately. When we picked it up and about to leave with them. We were so disappointment. I was very mad today when I went in a tried to return my bridesmaid's dress. It is insane that you can not return a dress even though it does not say final sale and it had all of the tags on it, had never been worn and had never been altered. Things happen and Some people cancel so you should be able to get your money back for a dress!
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Hate giving my money to this business!
