Worse bridal shop ever. I will never allow any one to go here. I am thankful for Jenna who works there but they suck minus her. Sent multiple wrong dress sizes. I was forgotten about at an appointment. My girls feet turned blue from the shoe dye. Its just horrible. They made the happiest time in my life the most stressful. I make sure none of my family and friends go here.
Where to begin? I went there to get my wedding dress and had the most miserable saleswoman in the building. She was barely around and clearly wasn't listening to my preferences based on what she brought to me. Eventually, another saleswoman came around and started bringing me dresses. She was actually nice and helpful, but then the original girl came back and kicked her to the curb. We were rushed and the staff was pleasant but no enthusiasm, no joy.
If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. My daughter made the appointment (should be 90 minutes long apparently) to find her dream dress and then you get 20 minutes (if you're lucky!) of the consultant's time because they're so busy. Bring your own chairs if more than 2 people are coming with you, because 2 is all you get! Terrible service. Then, not only do you spend $1,000 +++ for a dream dress, you get the pleasure of PREpaying $450+++ for alterations. THEN you get to deal with some of the most miserable seamstresses ... read more
They have the worse customer service ever! Lost my dress, sent me the wrong dress, could not find the right dress! Multiple calls, supervisor. I highly recommend NOT making any purchase from them.
I have never been treated so poorly by retail associates in my life. I went to pick out a wedding dress for my elopement and received a dress by mail, two sizes too small. When I went back to the store to explain this, I was greeted by a very overly tanned woman who was rude and disrespectful. I have always heard not to go to this David's Bridal by many bride's and should have taken their advice. Even with an appointment, the service was terrible. From the host, to the personal attendant and even the managers. I'm glad I was able to get in and out quickly but only by my own accord and quick decisions, no thanks to them. Was dirty/messy, smelly and very impersonal. Shame that I HAD to use them, but from here on out, NO thank you, ever again, David's Bridal.
When I originally went to pick out my dress, I had a splendid time with a nice gentleman. We had great conversation, and he was very kind/helpful with the whole "picking out a dress" process :) However, when I was getting home from picking up my dress a few weeks later when it arrived, I realized it was extremely matted-looking and wrinkled (obviously from being sent from a larger warehouse-no problem).
