The customer service was good. The sales person was focused on my daughters wants and needs. She could try on as many dresses as she wanted until the one she knew was for her. She said yes to the dress and we both cried!
Every time I walk into this place I get nothing but attitude and people being rude. For people going dress shopping and a joyful time in their life, and the employees being rude to them doesn't make them want to shop there. We just went to men's warehouse right before we walked into here obviously to look for a little boys suit, they didn't have our size so we walked to davids to look at little girls dresses and see if they recommended another place for little boys formal wear, and the lady was rude and non helpful at all!... read more
Ordered 2 bridesmaid dresses. It was past time when one dress was supposed to arrived so I called the store and was put on hold for 30 minutes, had to call them back only to be put on hold for 10 more minutes. They said one came in and it's been there for 7 days but nobody bothered to call. Other dress arrived at my house stuffed inside a tiny bag , wrinkled so badly. So not impressed with this store. They will never get my business again.
It would be really nice if you hired people that actually listened to your customers. I got my bridesmaid dress at the end of September, and even after telling the consultant that I was heavily bloated and also intending to lose weight she told me the size I was in was way too small. I got the size up because she would not listen to me. I tried the dress on after getting it, loose as I expected but I figured if I could just maintain my weight that alterations could take it in. Let me start by saying we had an appointment on March 25 set at 1:00 for over a week for a prom fitting & when we get there at 12:40 & were there til after 2:00 and we NEVER once seen or talked to the consultant!! There were maybe 3 dresses in size 10 ! REALLY.....I mean PROM season is another to hit. THIS place is NOT what it's cracked up to be. We left went up the street to Macy's & Dillard's & both stores had a couple of the SAME exact dresses at much lower prices!!!
In March I ordered a dress for best friends wedding. It took 2 weeks to come in. Waited another 2 weeks for appointment for alterations..then a month to pick it up. Just picked it up and alterations were done wrong. The hem was supposed to be done all the way around the dress...they only did the front..was told they could fix it but would be additional $50 alterations charge...that would put me paying as much in alterations as I did the original cost of the dress which was well over $150.00 this place is a joke. Horrible, horrible customer service. My sweet friend was treated like an inconvenience from the moment she walked in the door, when they had no record of the appt they had made for her for the 2nd time. We were told we couldn't be for 1-2 hours despite their error, but the browser behind us with no appt time was welcomed inside and told to simply ask if they wanted to try anything on. Super unprofessional.
I have 2x in the past week. Sales ladies were so rude both times. I want to shop were you have a good experience. Don't ask anyone for help because have no clue on customer service. We won't be back!!!
