Worst customer service EVER!! Actually no customer service though several clerks milling about. Dont waste your time. The other place in Hagerstown so much nicer and helpful.
The service was poor. I had a dress in hand, ready to try on, two associates walked right by me. The one that was "assigned" to me just disappeared, and I never saw her again. Needless to say, I went elsewhere and got the dress I was looking for.
Im wondering if anyone has had a bad experience with Davids Bridals alteration department. Specifically in Nashua, NH...ive gotten two appointments cancelled on me & tonight iam going to a dress fitting for the third time because they keep screwing up. They have butchered my $1800 gown & our weddiny is in less than three weeks...i want to ask for a new one & refund, this has made the past month extremely stressful & an absolutely horrible experience.
Every DB i have been too has given me horrible customer service. This time i figured i would go with an opened mind and even was 10 minutes early for my appointment. They assigned me a Bridal Consultant, she seemed extremely busy as i waited for her 15 minutes passed my appointment time. When she seen i was disgruntled by waiting, she made a comment to me with an attitude asking me what time was my appointment , i'm assuming to insinuate that i was possibly late which i happily replied that my appt was at 4:30 and it was 4:4... read more
These people called the cops on me for long boarding through there parking lot on my way to work one cold Sunday morning! Skate boarding is not a crime!!! And just because I have a beard DOES NOT MEAN IM HOMELESS!! Fuck you David's bridal aurora!! I hope whoever it was that called, is a fat old person who drives to work everyday and is slowly deteriorating from the inside out... No chill; sorry mom ;)
