I had a terrible experience... brought my maid of honor into the store to be fitted and they treated us terrible. First they passed us around then the attendant they gave us to started walking to the back without saying anything to us. I had to ask if she would like us to follow her. Then she stood around looking annoyed ... then rolled her eyes and stomped off when she found out we were there checking her size. Mind you I have already bought 7 dresses. Second request to have my shoes dyed ivroy and picked up yesterday and yet again they are dye they are dyed the wrong color
I went in to check to see if my dress had come in and one of the employees was helping me to try on my dress. This employee was getting different things so I can see how my dress look by she was just helping me try on but she was trying to make a sale but my salesperson who had been working with me the whole while was there and if I was going to buy anything I would get it from the person who always help me whenever I went into David Bridal. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Worst experience with my sister in laws dress. Customer service, including management, was awful. Won't ever go there again.
Worst Davids Bridal experience ever!!! We used to have a Davids where I live but it closed down. Ours was wonderful! Unfortunately we had to drive an hour and a half to get to this Wichita location. Today we go back for the 5th and hopefully last trip considering my sisters wedding is next week! Between the cost of the two dresses, alterations, time off work, and gas back and forth we will be pushing the cost of bridal gowns not bridesmaids. Its amazing that until this last phone call they couldn't get the right phone number... read more
