3 out of 6 brides maids dresses were wrong got handed the wrong size 3 months before the wedding when i need alterations i relize the issue. Was told wrong discounts for bridesmaid dresses and had horrible assistance throughtout both visits, very unorganized, and lack in communication among workers- and interpritation on what was put into the computer. I in the future will NOT go there ever again and neither will any of the bridemaids in our party.
The customer service is by far the worst I've ever experienced. Came in to try on simple bridesmaid dresses, had an appointment, yet the girl was all over the place not helping us, and when she did her attitude was rotten. Had to hare one dressing room between all the bridesmaids. Finally after 4 hours of dealing with this crap we went to checkout and had to wait 20 minutes before someone came to check us out. I felt so bad for my friend (the bride), she left that place so stressed out! Never again!
I will never ever go back.. it was like being ignored and your the only person in there.
Hated it. They made my first prom shopping experience horrible. Will never buy a dress from here again, and will be telling all my friends to not buy from here unless they're willing to deal with endless complications.
My maid of honor and myself went to find dresses for my bridal party. I had all intentions of buying my girls dresses, my flower girl dress, my junior bridesmaid dress, and all jewelry/shoes to go with everything from this store. The assistant wouldn't let us personally look at selections for my maid of honor--completely rushed her into trying on 2 dresses and was very unprofessional. My first stop to this particular store and it started out as a nightmare. First, I got a conformation email about my appointment and it has the wrong time. I called to confirm the correct time and that it was a BRIDAL consult. My mom, mother-in-law to be and my bridesmaids arrive and it takes at least 15 minutes to check in and then they start having me look at bridesmaid dresses. Very disappointed I didn't get a phone call to tell me my special order was in April 1st, considering we had an appointment April 2nd!! Now I have to make a special trip 30 miles one way to pick it up"within 7 days" Definitely not recommended.
When you make an appointment and say you have 5 bridemaids to size and want to look at wedding dresses they give you 1 dressing room, a half hour which someone pulls a few dresses and luckily someone helping another client tried to help us because the person that was supposed to help us was more interested in the people with bigger pockets than ours.
