Think it's ridiculous that appointments are made and the consultant is shared with multiple appointments. We are here for a bridal dress and bridesmaid dresses. We had to find our own chairs ( non provided ) because when we asked we felt like it was an inconvenience for them to find us any. Would never recommend making an appointment.
Walked into Davids Bridal to check out this gown again but little did me and my mom know the lady panicked and alerted the police! Paid for the dress and walked out seeing two police trucks with guns drawn!! No we didn't go in there making a big commotion simple just walked in, waited to be helped, paid for the dress and walked out. I ordered my Wedding gown in January, I was told it would be here in June. Now I am being told my dress will not be here until the end of July beginning of August! I am getting married in September. Corporate can not help me bc this was an in store order! WORST customer service! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!
My fiancé found the dress of her dreams at your store. She ordered it and recently went to pick it up. When she picked up her dress the one she ordered did not fit correctly and she just didn't get the same feeling as the one she originally tried on, it didn't look the same and she didn't have the same confidence she did in the first one. She wanted the original one she tried on which you were happy to sell her but you wouldn't discount the price at all. It's a $1200 dress that had countless women try it on first. Apparently if you schedule a alteration on your wedding dress, they send you dress back because the customer service is so lousy.
DO NOT SHOP HERE. Davids Bridal has the worst customer care I have ever seen. I brought my bridesmaids to get measured and try on their dresses. First the person helping us was helping everyone else and frequently disappeared leaving us constantly waiting to get her attention for a minute at a time. Four of us had to share one dressing room. Finally everyone was measured and the rep wrote down the sizes and we were able to pay. Two of the Four dresses come in and we are now told that we need to pick the dresses up within 7 ... read more
Walked in yesterday and was treated very rudely by Ashley. I was very upset. The Taylor store was AMAZING!!!! I bought a dress from them and I love it!! Dearborn will never get my business because of how we were treated, and word of mouth means a lot in retail!!
