Getting married September 27th 1.00 clock
Brides and their guests were packed on one side of the store/dressing area instead of evenly placed on both sides of the store/dressing rooms. Needs more organization when placing their potential buyers evenly in dressing/showing areas. Some of our party had to sit on the floor because there was not enough chairs on that side of the store!
AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! I was told month after month since December that my tiara and veil were on order EVERY TIME they I called. Last week Wednesday I am told that I took it home with me the same day that I purchased. WHY WOULD I TAKE SOMETHING THAT HAD BEEN ON 1000 'S OF HEADS HOME WITH ME??? I wanted new ones! THURSDAY I am told that those are in Stock items and they show that I took them home. NO I DID NOT! THEY ARE BASICALLY CALLING ME A LIAR! My rating for your business would and is a 0. We came there looking for a prom dress today. We were treated like we didn't exist. We was told take someone would be right with us, 15 minutes later the girls were getting the dresses to try on without the help of a staff member. Nobody offered to help. I will not recommend your store to anyone. I know my opinion is of only 1, but it is mine. You really need to get qualified staff whose noses are not in the air. Because you all really SUCK.
Won't let me post with no stars- but they sure don't deserve this one. Had the worst experience here this past Friday AND Saturday- Two times in a row- This place is done. I will NEVER buy anything here again! I guess the fact that I have bought over $1000 in homecoming and prom dresses over the last 4 year's isn't enough to be treated decent.
