I never imagined that as a bride I would be treated like this when going to shop for a dress. The staff at the Louisburg Rd. Location are extremely unprofessional and disorganized. I was promised an appointment a week ahead and was called on the day of to be informed that my time slot was not available. On a separate visit, The store opened at 930 and my 929 arrival meant nothing to them. Terrible turn out for my prom dress. Don't recommend doing alterations there. Nice people. Terrible turn out.
Poor customer service
My dress was due to be here last week. Have appt for alterations this coming week. Nobody bothered to call and inform me that it will now not be in until end of April at the earliest. I live 2.5 hours away. Thank God I called to check status instead of going to my scheduled appt! They also called me 2 weeks ago to confirm a fitting that didn't exist! My dress wasn't even there! Very unprofessional and clearly disorganized! What a disappointment!
Had nothing but trouble with this store. They a have no professional ethics and even when problems are brought to their attention, they don't seem to care.
