Observation as a bridesmaid: The consultant was nice enough, but what is the point of having an appointment if they also give her two other brides at the same time, forcing her to run back and forth between all of them? The process felt rushed, especially when the bride told her she wasn't going to be purchasing anything in store (she wanted to sleep on a decision).
The store is filled with a bunch of liars for employees! We got a dress for one of my bridesmaids at the store but had to be ordered in right size never told when we should get it. Went in two weeks later to see when it was due in they said a week (which was great). Never got the phone call so two more weeks go by, go in again and they told us it wasn't due in till 4 days before my wedding! They completely lied to my face! I was here today with my bridal party and received a poor excuse for service. We had just been at Alfredo Angelo where we received some of the greatest service I could have asked for and this was such a let down in comparison. We were there for an hour as per appointment and the consultant who was scheduled to take care of us ignored us for the two other brides she had there. My daughter went to Davids Bridal today with some of her brides maids. they had an appointment. Their consultant was a woman named Pat. who was the rudest, most condescending, insulting,pushy and hateful person that has ever tried to help us in any shop.... so I went to the web site and read reviews..apparently that is typical for this location.
