I had a scheduled appointment for a month for my bridesmaids to try on and purchase their dresses here. Not only was the staff completely rude, but they were unaccommodating and only gave us one room for seven girls. They then kicked us out of that room for a bride who was obviously more important to them. We then walked out without spending any money and took our money elsewhere. You all lost at LEAST $1500 today from what would've been paying customers. I would not recommend this dress shop to anyone ever.

I wanted to let you know about my recent experience at one of your stores. What should have been a happy shopping experience turned into something that left me with a sour taste in my mouth. The first issue I encountered was the fact that while I had scheduled an appointment in advance, I was told that "the new system overbooked us" and had to wait 30 minutes past my appointment time before someone could get to me. Had tons of problems and some of the rudest employees I've ever met!!
I've had my dress come in 2 sizes too small less then 3 weeks away from my wedding day. Staff are prepared for me to pay full price for a dress off the rack that has foundation marks on it. The apologies felt fake and no explanation why my dress was ordered in that size. I feel like I've been pressured into waiting almost another two weeks for another size to come in (one week before my wedding). I dread going back �
Worst customer service and experience. Seriously. I am getting married on November 12th and I am SO glad I did not come here to shop for my wedding dress. However, my mother and I did come here to shop for her MOB dress. We were quickly harassed by our sales associate Elizabeth. Not one person ask me if I needed help with anything - disappointed in the show selection as well as being over priced - in fact about 3 different workers walked right by me and not once ask me if I needed help - so I walked out!
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Hate giving my money to this business!
