Have gone in on 2 separate occasions to look at dresses, gone to the desk or found an employee to ask questions and yet no one has offered to actually help me. Apparently you only get help here if you have a party of a dozen people with you.

The girl that was supposed to be helping us find bridesmaid and Jr bridesmaids dresses was rude and did not listen to anything the bride and her girls were requesting we found our own dresses. I also have a credit card for the store and have a horrible experience trying to make my payment. Not able to pay in store and debit card payments are charged $9.95 if you are not past due or able to pay your Acct in full. Very discriminatory against those of us with average incomes who pay on time!!

I would like to know how you can order something from their store and then when it comes in it is wrinkled and they advised that they are not going to press it unless you have alteration. Really I just paid 200.00 dollars for a dress and if it does not need fix you are sending it out wrinkled. This is unacceptable and wrong. When you pick a dress up you should be able to put it on and wear it. Not take it to a cleaners and have it pressed. and they should not charge you for having it pressed. That is good business.
SADLY DISAPPOINTMENT! We had great service trying to find a Homecoming Dress. She found one when we decided to purchase "The Dress". NOW, Here is where it all Changed for me! We followed the attendant who had been helping us to the check out. She kept the conversation going, without any idea, until after she had gotten the signature on the credit card slip and was placing our copy onto the bag. Terrible customer service. After voicing that I wasn't looking to spend a lot of money on a dress, I was basically told I am too poor to afford their dresses and that I should look elsewhere. What was supposed to be a fun day out with my mom and sister ended terribly because of how badly we were treated in this store. Just awful.

I ordered a bridesmaid dress, had a fitting only to take the dress home and it’s still to big, now I have to go back again. The place was dirty and the staff was not very friendly. Truly disappointed in a bridal store. I am glad it’s not my wedding!

Update: So when I got to the store the store manager Yolanda ( Might be spelled wrong) was there every step of the way. The dress still wasn’t fixed to my liking and they did everything they could to try and fix it. They ended up letting choose that dress and start over or to pick a dress we had me try on for size reference (which I fell in love with when I put it on). What an unorganized mess. I had an appointment arrived on time had to wait for my stylist no big deal. I picked out a few dresses to try on. Stylist finally shows me to a dressing room and says she will be right back. 10 minutes or more later she comes back and says she is gonna pick out a few more dresses for me. 10 minuets later she comes back and no more dresses. This place has went down hill since 2003. Very short staffed. My word of advice go in and pick out your dress and the size you need then order off their website.... read more

The store manager Yolanda was very rude right off the bat. Was disrespectful towards me and my daughter who from out of town. Thanked God for the rest of the staff Steven was our stylist he was awesome. My suggest is you might want to get a new store manager that has more customer service skills.
