All around a Terrible experience. My bridesmaids spent well over $2000 there for dresses mind you I have 9 bridesmaids and 2 flower girls. My sister ordered her dress 2 times and they were dirty and shitty. So finally after 3 dresses we got it back and it was fine. Wish I could give them a zero, they were so rude when i brought in my dress that wasnt bought from them and told me they could not alter it. Very poor service. I made the appointment months in advance and had told them i bought it offline, and they still refused to alter it just stating "its policy, and I dont care, not going to worry about it". I wish i never would have had my bridesmaids get there dresses there, tereible company.

I am extremely disappointed to find out you don't help your customers who buy from you once they leave the store. NEVER AGAIN!My bridesmaids and I went to our appointment had no problem finding our dresses that we like but the women(I know the name but am not posting it)who helped was extremely rude with bad breath. Worse experience ever! Started off by not checking me in so now I get an email saying sorry we missed you. Consultant had no clue what she was doing as far as a wedding appointment, would have been better off with one of the hundred other teenage girls who where there for prom dresses. Today was such a disappointment! I made my daughters Prom dress appointment over week ago for 2pm. We intentionally arrived early so we could look without a consultant hovering over us. So we were able to look. We found a few dresses we liked. The greeter knew we planned on looking and when she saw we had a few she asked if we would like to begin our appointment early. The moment I walked in I got starred down. Very rude and unprofessional. Nobody in there wanted to help me payoff the dress for my step daughter senior prom. Constant nasty looks. Needless to say my money won’t be spent there again.

I’m not very happy with my last few visits here and after today i will not be returning, i will just drive another 25 mins to the location in Springdale.
