The dress I ordered is gorgeous, but costumer service majorly sucks. We ordered the dress December 17, 2017. I got the email the 22nd, saying to pick it up within the next 7 days. Went in the 27th. They start out saying it's already been picked up, when it hasn't. Then they change the story saying it's been shipped and I'll get it in 2-3 days, and give me a tracking #. It's was okay. Consultant was overbooked with another appointment which was disappointing and with it being my first time ever, she wasn't super helpful. Nice and friendly but not personable and didn't bring me any dresses that I told her I was looking for. So. Definitely going to a different place but it was okay.

I am having horrible problems with both the store and customer service. The store had my rush order dress for two weeks and didn't even bother to call me. The store manager, jeff, was supposed to call me back two days ago and didn't. A district manager was supposed to call me and they haven't called me either. The manager doesn't note the system for other managers to know what is going on. I have bought many dresses from David's bridal over the years and this is the worst experience I have ever had.
Spent 2 &1/2 hours in this store with the bridal party looking for dresses. After multiple dresses, finally find the perfect dress, perfect price, was assured all was in the specific color, and size, to find out while checking out, there were only 2 dresses in the color available in a size 14 and 22
First time I went there I made an appointment and my consultant had another appointment with mine so she was overbooked and was running back and forth and I didn't get her attention. Also they had none of the dresses I liked in store and didn't have a corset to try on in my size. The most recent visit was for my future mother in law and we went in with an appointment. They claimed didn't carry pant suits in store but I had a gut feeling to look anyways and we found them 15 minutes later. Of course again they didn't have her ... read more

It's so expensive for alterations there I wouldn't recommend going there for your alterations on any dress bridesmaid or being the bride I paid as much for my dress as a bridesmaid as I did for the alterations it was ridiculous!!
My wedding dress consultant was Awsome and really tried to help me, but I just could not find a dress that WOWED ME?

Not just is this place a joke to purchase from, it is a joke to work for. The manager can hire someone for a position, have them come in to do their paperwork and give them a schedule... 24 hours later, a different person calls to say they are on a hiring freeze and the person hired doesn't have a job. Way to go morons. Good to know they have no idea how to run a business.
