If I could give no stars I would. We went into the Deptford David's Bridal to get a mother of the groom dress. We walked in for our appointment time and were treated very unwelcomed by the check-in clerk. When we went to the dress selection, our dress consultant was very pushy and asked us if we were buying today before even trying the dresses on. My daughters flower girl dress was ordered, but came in to small. The manager, Corrine, went above and beyond to help us find a better fit and made sure it was in stock and would be here in time for the wedding. I did not feel rushed or like an inconvenience. Can’t recommend this store enough.

First time I came in it was a great experience. Everyone was kind and helpful. I picked out my bridesmaid dresses and color and made an appointment for them to come in to get sized. When I came back it was not a great experience at all. The lady who helped us got to us 20 minute late. She didnt really help the girls much at all. One of the girls didnt like the dress and I took her to look at other dresses and the lady never came back to help us look. She started trying them on and than the manager started taking dresses out ... read more

BRIDES BEWARE!!!! I only rate it a one star because it had to have something. This was the worst place to buy a dress on general. I had went there a few weeks after I had gotten engaged, we had a date set for next year. I bought the dress that day and paid for it in full. I absolutely loved my dress, but after I picked it up I realized I was ordered the wrong size. At first the wrong size wasn't an issue due to my wedding being an entire year away. When I bought my dress, I asked the woman who was helping me if it would be easier to get the top or bottom altered. She assured me that either one would be fine. So I got the dress to fit my top and in need of alterations on the bottom. Today I had my alteration appointment. The woman doing the alteration said there was absolutely nothing they could do to fix the underliner of the dress (which hug my thighs to the point of being uncomfortable) unless I wanted to go out and buy the fabric for the dress and pay for the altera... read more

Advertises dresses they no longer carry. My daughter found a dress but they were not helpful. U went today to try on a dress they are supposed to have and they don't even carry it. Didn't offer to help at all. Robin the manager could care less.

I think it's rediculous that you wanted to charge me and extra $15 to have my dress steamed! I ordered it at the store, came in to pick it up and it's completely wrinkled. Why would you send me home with a wrinkled dress? Why charge us when it's your fault? Makes no sense..

When I first came this David’s bridal in Deptford, the women who helped me were great. This was 9 months ago. So now, 3 months before my wedding, I’m having issues with my dress and veil and there is NOTHING they can do about it. I understand store policies but I am not asking for anything unreasonable. I don’t want my money back, I don’t want anything for free. I want a simple exchange. This review starts bad but turns good! I had two of the worst experiences of my life wedding dress shopping a year ago at this store. I had actually called corporate and complained because it was that bad, but also gave praise to Blair who is the only reason they got my business.
