I called the manager today and She was rude and very unprofessional!

I ordered my dress and once it came in I got the email. I called and decided to have it shipped to me. Gave the girl my address. It's now been over a week still no dress. So I decided to call thinking something happened to it . Girl said she is very sorry they have been really busy . They just sent it out today. I text my Aunt and she said they contacted her for my address saying they have been trying to call me because they couldn't understand my handwriting. I said what I never wrote anything. Very disappointed in the Depford store. Total chaos in the store My future daughter in law told the girl Jessica her budget & she kind of laughed & told her the dresses that she chose were over that budget. She never even suggested her to check in the clearance section . On the way it's saw the exact dress she was explaining to the girl. We will definitely not retro that store but will go to the Mayslanding store.

The girl that helped me try dresses on was very sweet. But I gave her a budget and a style that I wanted. Neither of those were met. I'm not sure if they make some kind of commission off of the dresses that get sold. Also it was just a complete disaster in that store. I'll be going to the one in Mays landing and hopefully they can help me find the dress I want

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Went in for bridesmaid dresses. 3 adults and 1 is a junior bridesmaid. They literally had no junior bridesmaid dresses available. My niece wasted hours trying on dresses only to be told after wasting time trying each one on that they wouldnt be able to get it for my wedding which is in june. We even tried to put her in a size 0 adult dress and we were going to have it altered but they couldnt even get the dress in a size 0. we also asked that if we had to order an adult dress which is more expensive and ... read more

Told them my budget for my wedding dress and they didn't even care. Showed me dresses double my budget, without me knowing prices. Fell in love with a dress, and as I said I loved it and thought this was it, they told me the price. Again, double my budget. Ended up buying the dress(and sash, veil, jewelry and flower girl dress), just got married Saturday and before our first picture my sash had lost a jewel. Very disappointed. The consultant was rude and pushy and did not listen to what the bride wanted. Also, the selection of dresses was very poor.
