Overall unprofessional, the alterations department lacks in every aspect. This place messed up my friends wedding dress 6 weeks before her wedding and is refusing to reimburse her for $500 worth of alterations. Needless to say I’ll never shop David’s bridal ever again and I will be taking my dress elsewhere for alterations.

This establishment ruined my best friends “special day”. She bought her dream dress from them, and when she went for her final fitting, the alterations department ruined her entire dress. They denied that they did anything wrong and that the bride was to blame! They are so untrustworthy and lie. They promised she would be reimbursed for her money spent on the alterations and then was never given any. Absolutely the most atrocious place to ever buy any wedding dress! Alterations is not only a huge scam for the money, but most of all the work is completed at minimal standards! Six weeks before her wedding now she has nothing and they DON’T care. She truly should have listen to her friends and did more research on the LACK professionalism and caring nature of the staff. All they want it your money! (Even the alterations manager saluted me off as I walked out the door) Professionalism at its best!

David's Bridal was the worst experience ever. They ruined my dress and alterations and promised to reimburse me and they did not. Needless to say, I contacted the corporate office. It didn't need to go this far. I will NEVER recommend this place to ANYONE.

I came into this David’s Bridal with my family looking for bridesmaids dresses and instead found poor customer service and bigotry. Our stylist, Madison, was rather curt and seemed disinterested in our appointment. We were left by ourselves for the majority of the appointment and had to wait a long time for her to come back. The absolute worst part was when she was measuring my sister, who is my maid of honor, and my sister asked how much the dress would be. Won’t be shopping here again. I came in to find a dress to wear to a wedding. The sign said all of the dresses I was looking at were on sale for $69.99. When I went to check out the woman informed me my dress was $129. I explained and showed her the sign but she said mine didn’t count because it wasn’t under the tag with red on it. Sign was misleading. She informed me I get $25 off after spending $100. DEPTFORD DAVIDS BRIDAL IS A DISGRACE. I wish I could rate them negative 100. They don't give a shit about the delivery of customer service. They make a mistake on their end and refuse to help you at all. You don't care about anyone but your sales goal number and refuse to strive to help guests resolve a problem. Your store management is half the problem. Adding notes into an account and trying to hide the fact that your team screwed up a dress order and WON'T help me is beyond screwed up. Horrible customer service. My dress was a wrinkled mess and when I asked about getting it pressed and streamed they told me it was $40! They explained to me that all their dresses come in small boxes and they can’t help the fact that they come wrinkled. If this is the case they should press them before handing them to the customers. I almost cried when I saw how wrinkled it was.
