Went to try on dresses with a friend who is getting married but apparently "if you're not buying a dress you can only try on 3". Whats up with that? Need to find that perfect dress:(
Somehow even though the bride set up an account with everyone's name and the dress style and color. They could not find it and because of that i ended up with the WRONG COLOR of bridesmaid dress, Thank you for the embarrassment. If I could give zero stars, I would. Thankfully, the women at Alfred Angelo's actually know what they're doing and I was able to buy a gorgeous dress there.
The staff in the Deptford location were fine but when I asked about why the dress wasn't ringing at the sale price the manager Zenny was extremely unprofessional and actually walked away from me while I was talking shaking her head! Never again! Unacceptable behavior by a GM.
I think some of the ladies that work there are too stuck up, can be more down to earth!! My daughter in law brought a dress over the summer and the ladies that greet you at the front desk didn't look happy to help us!!
Two of my girls were in Emerald. 1 purchased her dress online and it was true to swatch. The 2nd purchased from this store, and even though they have her marked down for Emerald, she somehow wound up with a much brighter (almost Kelly) green. Didn't realize until the day of my wedding and the two tones of green are QUITE obviously different. Not pleased and very dissatisfied that two dresses ordered in the same color could turn out so much different.
Worst service ever. MANAGER is rude and sneaky. Wish I never gave them my money. Waiting for district manager to call back. They should be ashamed of themselves.
