I wasn't impressed when I called to schedule the appointment. I called and was on hold for 10 minutes then when lady answered she wouldn't help with my questions about wether or not they carried anything I wanted. Three weeks later we all arrived expecting to have a fun day. Not the case bridal and brides maid wasn't scheduled back to back the lady who was doing fitting didn't listen to what I wanted. Overall terrible experience! While we were there trying on bridesmaids dresses, they gave us one room for 5 people. The associate was very preoccupied the entire time. To top it off, they ordered the wrong dresses for two of my bridesmaids! My bridesmaid spend an hour and 45 minutes in there trying to sort it out. I was promised a phone call from the manager, but never received one. Not only have they not apologized, they have failed to resolve the issue in a timely manner. We won't be back.

I was disappointed in what they had to show us. What is the point of picking favorites on line if they are not going to show you anything like what you choose.
Came to enjoy the day and find a georgous dress for my mom. The 'stylist' assigned to us was not helpful in anyway and didnt listen to anything our mom was telling her she wanted.. bringing random poofy stuff when she wanted simple and flowy. Spent more time waiting for her to find and bring the dress than actually trying on.. We will NOT be back!

The person that helped me find a gown was great but they had her booked back to back and they asked me how many people were coming with me which was 5 they only had two chairs for my bridal party their rooms where you try on dress are way to small and to close

I came here at the end of November with my mother and two of my bridesmaids. It was my first time trying on bridal gowns and I wasn't expecting to find "the one" that day but I was hopeful. I knew that I didn't like the look of mesh panels, mermaids, or tulle fabric on me but other than that I was pretty open. The ladies at the front counter were nice and my consultant was also nice but she did not really listen to me.
