They messed up our order 3 times and ordered us a dress that does not come in the color the bride wants. Not only did they not refund us but we had to pick a whole new dress to get it on time. We have had nothing but hell from this place.

I spent thousands of dollars here and my dresses came beyond wrinkled... They said they are shipped like that pretty sad when i can go to walmart and get a dress not wrinkled for $20 and spend thousand on a dress here and its wrinkled. However they have tried to make it better they will be steaming my dress just before the wedding. Went in on the weekend to find bridesmaids dresses (South Edmonton) and it was just awful in there. So many people, so loud, the change room area was so crowded and we all felt extremely uncomfortable. Only positive thing is that we ended up with beautiful dresses after being put under pressure and reminded that we are running out of time. Too crowded! There is no way to get any type of experience here. Between having to switch rooms, to the huge crowd of people. They book waaaaaay too many appointments at once. Did not enjoy my experience. Edit to add: if you decide to purchase here... make sure that they actually order your item!!! Mine weren't ordered and now we have to rush alterations. Davids has the worst customer service I have ever seen!

Again I was placed with a consultant that had 0 idea what they were doing. When I checked out the woman whom was ringing me out acted as if every question I asked was an inconvenience to her. Not sure what the deal was, but every time I go to Davids Bridal it's a mess!

Had a good experience through choosing to the alteration and cleaning process! Never encountered anyone rude or who didn't know the answers to my questions.
I went there with my sister in law to pick up her dress. Part way through getting it tied up the girl left her in the room because she got paged to meet her next appointment. Her dress wasn't done up tight enough or even straight, while trying to help two appointments at one time my poor sister in law got the crappy end of the service. The girl didn't even tell her she looked beautiful.....every bride should be complemented.
