The only reason I'm giving David's Bridal even one star is because I can't give less. Where do I even begin? We made an appointment, get there, and wait just to speak to someone (it was busy but there were attendants who appeared to be standing around). Finally we are greeted just to find out they have no record of our appointment, which the MOH had made a mere hour or so prior. I bought a gorgeous Melissa sweet dress from this store upon ordering they told me to come back in October (6 months away) to get it. When I got there they tried to give me the dress off the rack instead of ordering me a brand new one. I explained I wanted a new one not the one off the rack and would like it ordered in a 12. Very nice lady trying to help me find a dress but way to busy and felt very rushed and stressed. To big of a store and felt like we were all in the way of ppl walking by or consultants finding dresses for other brides to be! Definitely not going back!! Ever!

I was the only customer with my girls (4 plus my mom) and they knew that prior to my appointment and I only got two change rooms. Literally all of them are empty but it’s a hassle to them. Not allowed to extend time or even book a longer appointment. We are not valued customers. Do not bother they are not cheaper than other stores like Gemini bridal close by.

Was there for 2 1/2 hours found nothing tried on everything but what I asked for had to get my family to go get me dresses. Too crowded couldn’t even look in a mirror. no mirror in change room so I had no idea how it looked until I got out but there was so many people I couldn’t even look. Needs a better system and set up.

Been there and the staff are not helpful at all. Asked the staff if there’s a dress available for my size and they just said, they have no idea.

This has to be the worst place I have dealt with...we have a huge bridal party needjng to place orders and everyone who calls in to order and pay...get told they are too busy and to call again some other time..They have lost the dress orders and can never find anything that they told us they would have....very dissatisfied and disgusted

I would give a .5 if I could. Walking in WITH AN APPOINTMENT. They didn't even look at us and gave my friends and I the pointer finger to wait! And continued talking! RUDE. After they even heard I said that was rude they still did it. I felt bad my bff booked this place. And the dresses are so out dated and ugly. As we waited to pay for sandals (20min) a friend asked for help between. NO ONE CAME. By far the worst service ever. We LOVED ABC Bridal. :) the dresses had such great material for a wedding party :)
