David's Bridal was better than any bridal salon I have been too. My associate was friendly, kind and understand of my needs for a dress. I was in and out within 20 mins of dress shopping with my Dress!!!

Lots of selection for bridesmaid but the consultant we had was rude and not helpful. She kept commenting about how my bridesmaids needed bigger sizes in a very insensitive way, we asked her to pull different sizes and types of dresses and she would walk away and come back with nothing and didn’t ask any questions about what we were looking for. Super glad I didn’t get my wedding dress there.

First off, asked for anything black, having a Halloween wedding and while beautiful, white and poofy isnt my thing at all (Im aiming to look like the Queen of Hell here). Got treated as if I had 3 heads. Got scoffed at for a solid 2 minutes before getting passed off to someone who was actually helpful but still heard the other staff say "oh so it's not a REAL wedding" while looking through the dresses that were more my style. Stylist was super flaky and kept disappearing and was more concerned with her breaks then actually helping us. All in all, poor customer service

First of all I purchased my wedding dress, 2 bridesmaid dresses and an outfit for my mother here. In total we spent over $1500....inexpensive by wedding industry standards but still, expensive to me. When I first went in to find a dress the girl we met with was helpful enough although it was clear she was just trying to make the sale. When I went in for my appointment with my 6 bridesmaids it was very very busy. The girl dealing with us was also dealing with multiple wedding parties. Some of my girls paid on the spot and others did not. However, they got their payments all messed up. One who paid wasn’t even put in the system at all, so her dress wasn’t ordered. Another one had paid and they didn’t bother telling her it didn’t go through (from mistakenly taking her credit information wrong). We went for our appointment and there was only two seats for sitting, the change room was soooo small and there was nothing that made my daughter or her group feel special. Nowhere to stand higher to see the dress, a dirty Kleenex in the pocket of a dress, people walking back and forth through us trying to look at her dress. The whole experience was just not good.
