I'm going to start off this review by saying how disappointed and disgusted I am with the service I was given at the Edmonton location bridal shop. I live 4 hours away and made the travel to come for my appointment and it was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. I arrived and my consultant was 20 minutes late to help me, which I wasn't even upset about because I understand that happens at times. I had booked an appointment for 1230 for my 5 bridesmaids. We didn’t get into the single room until 1245. They told me there would be two rooms. We got the second room at 1315. And were told at 1320 we had 10 more minutes to try on dresses. They were pushy and the only thing that made it a good experience was that I was with the most easy going group of girls. Was quite the disappointing experience for me. I booked an appointment for my bridesmaids 4 weeks in advance, when we got there they were grossly overbooked and we had to wait 20 minutes after our appointment time for our consultant to show up. Then the change room area was packed and hardly enough room to stand, let alone try to have 4 bridesmaids try on dresses. I bought my dress in spite of my consultant who after I specifically asked not to tell me my size - decided to tell me what she thinks my bra size was after I already decided on my dress. Let's just say she said my band size was 42 - my band size was actually 36 (and yes that's without any back rolls and fitting perfectly). She had no idea how to do bra sizing and she shouldn't even pretend to be knowledgeable about it.

I can't speak on bridal gowns, but my experience with bridesmaid dresses here was very poor. We found the consultant very condescending and reluctant to help us discuss alterations. She even suggested to one of the girls to wear a bikini top under the dress for more support because they can't put cups in? She also repeatedly brought dresses 3 sizes too small that we couldn't even fit into, one after another, after another despite having measured us-it was almost tortuous. I am not impressed with my experience At davids bridal. I purchased my bridesmaid dress which was fine. I had to get alterations done which I expected, however it cost me over 100$ to do two things. They did not tell me it would cost this much up front. Anyway I ended up paying it and came back for my second fitting. Okay so I've had the pleasure to visit this location two times to find the dress for my big day! The first time I went there, the service was fantastic! However, I went on a Saturday in January (the sales ladies did warn me that weekends in January are crazy) , and I didn't listen. It was crowded over whelmed, associates were double booked, and unable to give any bride the experience they truly deserve.
