Our bridesmaid appointment was awful! Rushed, a zoo in the store, our attendant wasn’t very helpful! We were not told that the sale on dresses was ending so when we called back to order the prices had gone up! Not a great experience.

On Sept 12, 2020, amidst covid-19 restrictions and an Edmonton city bylaw to wear masks, I went wedding dress shopping with my best friend and her daughter, the bride-to-be. I have chosen two prom dresses for my Granddaughters’ Grad Proms and now a Wedding Dress for my Daughter. Each experience was awesome due to the great sales ladies!!!

I’ve had brain tumours that were more fun than trying to shop at David’s bridal and being turned away even though the store capacity was 30 and we were the only ones in there. No joke, this operation is though.
Cant get ahold of the store, cant get ahold of head office, my dress was supposed to be here by now and theres no way to get an answer on where its at. The others vridemaids who ordered their dresses not even a month ago already have theres. 10/10 do not recommend.

How do I get my dress that’s currently getting alterations done on it with the store closed
wouldn’t recommend because there was 5 girls trying on dresses and only got one change room with only 90minutes. Was very very crowded and outfitting girl was very pushy to say the least but this is not all we got our dresses with 5 minutes to spare. We got to the counter to pay for our dresses to find out that the dress we want don’t come in our sizes... this is was really frustrating with no time to try on more. Spent quite a bit of time there today ... we managed to pick out four bridesmaid dresses and asked repeatedly if they would be ready by June told yes. Then waited forever at the till while she tried to navigate the computer, dumped us on another employee so got to wait at the back of another line for some amount of time, only to make it up to the till again to be told that 3 of the 4 dresses wouldn’t be ready.
