Really impersonal consultants. My best friend scheduled an appointment for her dress there and the consultant didn't listen to anything she had to say. She kept bringing out cheap monstrosity after monstrosity even though my friend had a healthy budget and would have been willing to even go over it for the right dress. Luckily there was a catalogue next to the seat I was in that had my friend's dream dress in it, and it was just over budget--which she was willing to do. If I could give this crap hole 0 stars I would. I wouldn't recommend this store at all, just hands down the worse decision to shop here. They should just shut their doors and never reopen again and the world would be a better place!

Instead of helping my bridesmaids find dresses in the color I chose, they were just handed a book and left us alone.

I would not recommend this store. The reason we chose a David's is because we thought it would be the easiest way to pick out a dress for 6 bridesmaids. The first appointment I had was for a bridal gown and the way it was scheduled there were 2 groups of the same party in the fitting rooms on either side of me who kept walking back and forth in front of the small amount of space I had. The stylist kept bringing stuff I didn't like even after I told her multiple times what I didn't like. The second appointment we had was for... read more

I had a very bad experience with them 3 times they over book people. The person helping me never put my profile into the computer so someone had to go look for my dress. My dress came in no one ever called me about it.

My experience at Davids Bridal was horrific. I have never been so upset with my wedding planning as I was this day. I called months prior to see when I should have my girls get their dresses. They gave me the date of March 23rd to come in. We arrived at Davids and as we walked in I told the girl what we wanted and she told us to look. We did we found the PERFECT dress for them. We went to check out and it couldn't be in for 17 weeks my wedding is June 10th. That wouldn't work so in between my girls tried on at least 25 dress... read more

I would like to give this zero stars, but because of previous experiences that were good, I will very generously give it one. I have previously come to this location to buy two prom dresses, which were very expensive and my experience then was absolutely amazing. Fast forward to now, four years later where I made an appointment to be measured and fitted for a Vera Wang bridesmaid dress. Wish I would have read reviews before wedding dress shopping here. Not a personalized experience at all. Way overbooked appointments, my stylist was jumping from room to room. Felt rushed and chaotic. When I came back to pick up/try on my dress I was alone with my toddler son, I was offered no help getting in my gown or even carrying it to the fitting room for me.

For one, i specifically told my consultant that i didn't like lace and she continued to bring me lace... dressing rooms were tiny and there was so many people in there it was unbelievable. On top of it not once did she ask me if i wanted a veil. I mentioned it and she told me i could go put my dress back on and try some on or schedule a whole new appointment for accessories... and my consultant was going between me and 3 other groups... it is over booked and overly crowded.
