If I could give zero stars I would!! We have been waiting 13+ weeks for one of my bridesmaids dress, now I am told it will "hopefully" be in by the end of May...my Wedding day is June 13th! The store even said they wont have time to do alterations! Spare your self the headache and stress, go somewhere else, its not just this particular store, Davids Bridal as a company deserves a zero! They should know better! They work in the wedding industry! 32 days until I get married and this should be the last thing to be dealing with!
Horrible customer service! Whatever you do DO NOT get the David's Bridal card!! I have paid more than double what the original balance was. I was first charged a $15 fee for a phone payment!! Also twice I was charged late fees for "lost" payments! One of my last payments to be made was "lost" by the company. When I called to talk to someone in customer service I was told it was a mailing error and not an internal error. I call BS...the date the check was written I wrote several other checks and magically all of them made it ... read more
Worst bridal experience of my life. I only had one good consultant and whe I requested her for when we came back in a week she wasn't working. When I actually brought my bridal party to have us all get out dresses, I was ignored and the consultant who didn't even bother to talk to me focused all on my bridesmaids and didn't ask me at all what I wanted. She never helped me with my dress and tried to rush me out the door. I don't think she actually helped me till after we paid for the dresses. And then she tried to sell me a m... read more
As a Maid of Honor for my friend, we were all treated very poorly from the beginning of her fitting. The staff wasn't helpful at all and seemed to almost get annoyed about finding dresses. After choosing a dress the staff supposedly measured her wrong and ordered the dress two sizes too big, they wont alter it now because it's too much to alter and her size is out of stock. They offered no refund and very little compensation after everything she went through. I will NEVER step foot in here when I'm a bride.
To sum up David's bridal in one word....horrible! Despite the bad reviews I read I chose to keep my appointment there. I will say this place needs to find a different employee for the welcome desk! She was not welcoming at all. Several people walked in including myself and she never looked up from her clipboard to acknowledge that anyone was standing in front of her.
