To sum up David's bridal in one word....horrible! Despite the bad reviews I read I chose to keep my appointment there. I will say this place needs to find a different employee for the welcome desk! She was not welcoming at all. Several people walked in including myself and she never looked up from her clipboard to acknowledge that anyone was standing in front of her. Happy another girl found her wedding dress but for me it was horrible. Everything I tried on was basically broke. Picked threw. Or didn't have my size and proms 2 weeks away.
So upset after picking my dress up. When I shopped for a dress a few weeks ago I didn't receive the great customer service that I thought I would be getting, the lady helping was not very helpful& way more focused on everything else.But I let that go because I was happy I found a dress. Well also the lady helping me told me I would not need alterations with my dress at all & when I picked it up and tried it on come to find out I do need alterations. With how expensive they are.
