The only reason I am giving this a two is because Tyler saved the day. We came in for our 12 o'clock appointment to try on bridesmaid dresses, I had eight bridesmaids with me. 0 stars. They book too many people at once. When I went (after having an appointment booked for about 2 months) there were way too many people and we didn't even have chairs to sit in. It was a nightmare.

Honestly...I didn't even want to give this 1 star because it should be a 0 or even in the negatives. I have been trying to order my bridesmaid dress for my sisters wedding for a while now on and off the phone with this place. EVERY SINGLE TIME I call I get placed on a "brief hold" which is always a bare minimum of 10-15 mins...the longest being almost 40 mins!! YES 40mins! I eventually hung up and called back to be again placed on hold and forgot about. They are EXTREMELY rude...even the managers. Very unprofessional in pers... read more

They didnt even help or pay attention to our bridal party. Very hurtful and disappointing. I didnt make an appointment to do the shopping and dress picking and trying on alone �

I paid $500 for alterations on my wedding gown for my destination wedding. I went in for 2 fittings. My father had to pick up the dress because I live out of the country. I got the dress today. Aside from the bustle - The alterations were not performed as ordered !the dress is way too big and not as agreed. Im getting married in a week and I need to pay $1000 for the alterations to be rushed in a foreign country. I had a terrible experience today! The consultant barely spoke to me and treated me like I was a negligible annoyance. The consultant only pulled me 2 dresses in a 30min period. She would thrust them at me then rush away. The consultant seemed inconvenienced with me even being there; She didn't help me in or out of any dresses and didn't offer to clip the dresses tight (My friends had to hold the dresses so I could see the shape as I'm a size 3 and most of the dresses are too large). Worst Experience. Today a friend of mine had a Bridal Appointment and the consultant was horrible. The whole experience was horrific. No bride should be made to feel that insignificant.

I can't say I particularly enjoyed our visit here. I chose Davids Bridal because I knew they'd have lots of styles on hand, in many colors and sizes, but I regretted it almost immediately. I had 7 bridesmaids that all needed to try dresses on and they had 1 dressing room for us, even though there were many empty ones. Our stylist wasn't very enthusiastic about helping us and to be honest, I'm not sure I saw her smile once.
