I am in my best friend's wedding and we came to David's Bridal for the bridesmaids dresses only. We had such an awful experience here from the moment we checked in until the moment we walked out the door. I'm really glad the lady who helped us urged me to buy my dress that day because it was going to take "14 weeks to come in". I really enjoyed my time, but it was hard to feel pretty when they didn't have a corset extender for me to try my dress on, I love the dress but I hope when I go for my fitting they have what I need to make sure it fits me perfectly. I had set up an appointment to get my wedding dress from David's Bridal. The consultant had some trouble finding my dresses that I had saved and wanted to try on. She was great about getting me the dresses, but the experience was not what I had expected. As a Bride, you want to feel special and pampered on that day you go shopping, it was busy and chaotic and I was fortunate to have my mom and sister there to help me make the decision on my dress. Unbelievable experience. They overbook appointments. We had a stylist who was overworked and clearly not able to perform her duties. Two changing rooms between 5 bridesmaids and 1 flower girl. Majority of the dresses we couldn't find in our sizes because there had to of been at least 60-80 other people trying on dresses too. It was wall to wall ladies at the clothing racks. Customer service was not good! Luckily i came in early found dresses i wanted to try on and had my mom and step mom to help because my consultant was not available! It has potential to be a great place, if customer service was improved, and if they provided water or something to keep us hydrated.

I sent up an appointment to try on wedding dresses. The idea I had when working with a stylist was completely different than my actual experience. The lady was slow at getting the dresses I wanted to try on. I have a list of my favorites and she told me that I could probably only have time to try on 6 of them. We got there early for our appointment and they forgot about us. We waited for 45 minutes before I decided to say something and then our consultant was nice but pretty unhelpful. She only helped my bridesmaid get out of maybe 2 out of the 10 dresses she tried on. Pretty useless, but whatever I didn't really mind because at that point I didnt have high expectations anyway. I wouldnt go back but it wasnt the most horrible experience either.
Store was beautiful and staff was friendly. I booked my appointment online and when I got there the lady helping me booked herself double for my time so she was helping someone else. I drove 3 hours to try to find a dress and the lady helping me ended up spending more time with the other girl bc she wasn't being as nice as me. I didn't know that when you were mean someone was going to help you more...doesn't make sense. I ended up walking around and grabbing dresses to try on myself with my sister and friend.
