I went there Tuesday with my bff and 4 of her bridesmaids. Service Sucked will never go back or recommend anyone go there.. We went to Alfred Angelos and had no appt and had An AMAZING Experience!!! 10 Stars to them ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Maybe u should go there and see how ur supposed to treat ur customers !!!
Friend of mine went down yesterday. Disrespectful service from beginning to end of appointment. No help what so ever trying wedding gowns. There were other clients. However, she had a appointment, yet no personal guidance with getting gown on and off. Your business lost the sale of 6 dresses. Your store was the first choice. The bridal party's needs were considered and cared for right across the street and within 2 hours 5 dresses were ordered and the Bride's gown was cash and carry.
I made an appointment to find dresses for all 6 of my bridesmaids. The consultant, Amber, asked what colors I was interested in, any particular style I was looking for and the sizes my girls needed. She brought us back to 1 fitting room and said that she was going to check if we could have another one. She brought a couple sizes, none of which were the color I had requested. 3 of my girls had to take turns trying on 1 dress. Horrible. Do not go to this store unless you absolutely have to. I am a bridesmaid and we are all getting our dresses from David's Bridal because we are spread all over the U.S. This is the only reason why I went there.. 1. The sales associates offer to 'help' you but then are no where to be found. I was even prepared, I had a list of dresses and the style numbers for those I was interested in but, it is pulling teeth to get help, even with an appointment. 2. This was by far the worst customer service I have ever had! You would think bridal consultants would be considerate and helpful but it was anything but! I went there in June for a bridesmaids fitting for my best friends wedding and when I walked in she had me fill out my name, number, and email. I have Tourette syndrome and my tics were really acting up that day. I know it wasn't the easiest to read but our consultant took one look at it, laughed, and said to me, "I can't read this at all! David's bridal can't ever get an order right and now they want to tell a new mom of a one week old she can't breastfeed even covered because they have "gentlemen in the store". Erin at the 28th street location by woodland mall in grand Rapids, Michigan thinks it's ok to shame a new mom for using her beasts for their natural biological purpose.
HORRIBLE! I had complete strangers helping me do up my dress because there was no one around. I had an online profile with a variety of dresses I liked that fit my budget, and conveniently all of them were "unavailable". They gave me dresses that were at the very top of my budget (before taxes or belts) and they treated me like I was not worth their time. Take your dress somewhere else to get altered!!! The lady that took my measurements and marked my dress for alterations seemed a little out of it the day I was there. At the time, I didn't think much of it. Went back and got my dress today and it is WAY too small. They told me my breast grew TWO INCHES in ONE MONTH without me noticing. I had no change in lifestyle, medicine, food intake, activity, ect. I don't understand how that big of a growth could go unnoticed. We went there for a bridesmaids dress and was there a little under an hour. After helping ourselves to dresses and trying them on, not 1 person spoke to us or asked if we needed help finding anything. Even after making eye contact with us. They looked the other way. Not only that, but dresses looked so used with dirty arm pit stains and broken zippers. I was discusted!
