I went into my appointment at David's Bridal without having a clue what to expect, as it was my first time trying on wedding dresses and I was nervous, but very excited! I've made an appointment to pick up my dress at a later date in a few hours later I get a call back asking me what time I'm going to pick up my dress do you guys write anything down that we call and ask you that's ridiculous this is like the second time I've had an awful experience with them get your s*** together

Had a great buying experience but after that it all went to crap. They never called and let me know my dress was in I had to call then and come to find out it had been there for a month. Tried to make an alterations appointment and they could get me in but it was going to take four weeks to have my dress done and the next appointment they had was four weeks to the day from my wedding. Liars liars liars! Complete bullshit! Rude employees from the store all the way up to corporate! LADIES BUY YOUR GOWAN SOMEWHERE ELSE!
I went to David's bridal with my sister in law to try on dresses. She had just gotten out of work and I had workout clothes on. The employees gave us sideways looks, didn't offer a "hello" or "good afternoon" and didn't ask us once if we needed assistance as we wandered their weirdly organized racks for 15 minutes. A total "Pretty Woman" moment.
I have been to Davids bridal in grand rapids a few different times and always enjoyed it. Even got my own wedding dress there. A couple of weekends ago my soon to be sister in law and a few of us had an appointment there for her to try on wedding dresses. We arrived early, every dress my sister in law showed our consultant she said "no, no, no, no,no" and crossed them off very rudely. Future Daughter in law made appt we arrive 1/2 hr early to look over dresses our consultant approaches us tells us we only have time to try on 5 or 6 dresses only. When questioned management that this was never mentioned when appt scheduled they said they would talk to consultant. They must have because she took it out in attitude afterwards.
