The manager & 90% of the sales people were extremely rude to me & my maid of honor!!! The ONLY reason I got a dress was due to finding one I liked that was affordable. Then they have a layaway plan, every time I called to make a payment, they either had me wait 30 mins or more, or hung up. The young lady that helped me was nice and friendly. But I didn't find the dresses that you show online. The size selection was terrible and you don't even allow dresses to be ordered from your site to be sent to the store to try on, for size or selection. For a first time wedding dress shopper I was very discouraged and disappointed.

I made an appointment and the person helping me was very nice but she was very overwhelmed she had two other brides and when I came out of the dressing room there were men walking around which is not necessarily the most comfortable thing wile trying gowns on. I am very confident in my body but that wasn't what I expected. I felt sad when I left and I went in so happy. I didn't even get to tell the consultant helping me bye because I could no longer find her they paged her to the front but she was so busy she didn't make it.
Awful! Lady at the front desk very rude. Got there a little early to look around was told not to touch anything found a dress in the clearance section went ahead and picked it out and was caring it so that no one else could get it and was told immediately that I was not to take any of the dresses off the rack I tried to explain she took it out of my hands and put it in a holding area and told me not to take any more dresses off the rack until my appointment and someone help me. I was not impressed with this store. I made an appointment for my Wedding Dress shopping at 11:00 am. We got there about 10 minutes early and the ladies at the front desk were just rude. Well can you check in later, closer you your time. You can look but don't touch anything. I checked in 5 minutes later and approximately 10 minutes later we were greeted by a consultant. The $99 dollar sale was a complete joke. The lady helping us out couldn't find which dresses were for $99 and the clearance rack that said $99 had a mix of dresses with it and the lady helping us had to price check all the dresses that were on there for us. The commercial for this sale is overly romanticized and the actual store had next to nothing for $99.

I had a horrific experience they left the big white security tag on my junior bridesmaid dress and the operations manager was very rude and inconsiderate of the fact that they made this horrendous error. Imagine finding this 2 hours before your wedding. She kept saying no refund like money was my focus I had a $10000 dollar wedding but its the principal of being stereotyped as somebody looking for a refund. It was my wedding day and they nearly ruined it!!!!!!!!!

Negative experience...would not recommend!! Bought a pair of shoes online for my son's wedding. Found a different pair elsewhere. Tried to return shoes bought at David's Bridal. Was told they do not take returns. These shoes were NOT a special order nor had they been worn. Had I known this I never would have purchased them in the first place!
