It was great when we found our dresses. Everyone was really helpful. When we went back for alterations the experience was different. Cost was same as cost of dresses. The lady that helped us was awesome until some man that worked there showed up. He was non friendly. I asked to make sure that our dresses would be cleaned and he said that we always press them. I loved every moment of my David's Bridal experience in Castleton....and I said yes to a gorgeous dress with an amazing price point! My first appointment was with Abigail and I left not sure which dress I wanted. Abigail encouraged me to look at the pictures my mom took and to think it over. One dress totally stood out in the pictures, so when I came back for my second appointment and worked with Brynn, we started with that one. So my first appointment was terrible. I had Brinn and she made me feel like a burden. I settled on a dress but I think I was just so frustrated by the end of it all. We then had a second appointment booked after this for bridesmaids. We were put in a room with no help! It was a struggle - constantly going to find someone to ask questions and get help. First of all, I was rushing in the door and I probably wasn't the friendliest person at the time I arrived because of situations beyond my control. But the young lady named Ashley Hunsicker really brightened my day. She helped me and my family tremendously while we were there. She did everything for us from calling around ordering dresses, to getting prices on alterations, as well as answering questions for her coworkers. My daughter and I were in Indianapolis shopping and had enough time to stop at David's Bridal. We had about 60 minutes till they closed which an appt is supposed to be 90. Tara was who helped me and I thought she was very knowledgeable and helpful. And I never felt rushed even though they were almost closing.

Very very busy store at the time we went, but I still felt valued. Asia gave me the time she could while working with another bride. Ended up buying my dress, and both mothers bought their dresses! I had tried on dresses at another David's bridal, so I already had a dress in mind, this appointment just settled it for me to make the decision.
