I will NEVER spend a dime of my money here EVER! My daughter was looking for a Homecoming dress. So I came in very pleasant and of course my daughter was excited. I asked the associate where were the Homecoming dresses. She said they were in the back and there was also a Clearance section as well. I thanked her and walked towards the back. Be careful ladies, this store has beautiful dresses but the Kennesaw location is terrible on timing. You know they set the schedule dates for everything. Except when they cannot keep their own schedule, do not call anyone to let them know what is happening, they just let you go until two days before final fitting and then they tell you your dress alterations have not even been started. I keep receiving phone calls about an appointment for this weekend. I have explained to the staff at the store that I do not have an appointment. I have been happily married for 16 years and would have absolutely no reason to make the appointment. On the second call that I made I spoke with someone named Logan who told me that my phone phone number was listed for a person whose name I did not recognize. Came in today to look for my matron of honor dress with the bride and a bridesmaid… Erin who was supposed to be assisting us was in fact no help. Attended an appointment today with the Bride, the experience was absolutely disappointing. There were no seats for the friends and family, the consultant was absolutely clueless she was not connecting with the Bride's likes, and the overall atmosphere was depressing. An experience that should have be filled with smiles , laughter, and positive vibes resulted in the exact opposite. It was an unpleasant experience and I do not recommend considering David's Bridal for your bridal needs, you will be disappointed.

I walked in not know what I wanted or what to expect and I walked out having found a dress and had that "bridal experience" everyone talks about.

Kennesaw, GA location is HIGHLY unprofessional and rude. They're literally robbing brides of their "once in a lifetime" experiences with Lack or professionalism and a majorrrrrr lack of integrity. I am highly annoyed with this specific shop and their crew.

Awful experience. My consultant was so unhelpful. She had 0 personality. She was rude and seemed like it was a bother for her to be there with me. Limited dresses in store and to try on. The quality was not good. I drove over an hour to this store and was extremely disappointed in the dresses and customer service.
