If no stars was an option that’s what I would give them. We got no greeting when we walked in, our associate didn’t even help us pick out and dresses and told us she would just pick up the dresses and put them by the dressing room. When the bride found a few she brought them to the dressing room and told her she wasn’t going to help her put them on and fit them to her because “she had another bride at the same time” and told us Melissa would help. RecommendedThe ladies here have always been a help neither Covid and hurricane Laura affecting two different wedding dates, they never cease to go above and beyond to assist. Kennedi was an absolute angel to work with!
Very friendly, and helpful
Horrible customer service, they told my fiance alterations were included in the overall price, then once she got there they tried to add another $500 for alterations. She also cut herself and bled all over my fiance's white dress. She continued to be disrespectful and super unprofessional when we pointed out that she bled on the dress. Asked to talk to someone higher than her and she refused to call anyone. If there was a zero star I would definelty think this store would fall under that category. Never keeps appointments and didn’t do anything about the dress they ripped.
Very poor customer service! Made an appointment for an alteration, waited an hour, no one wanted to help until I walked out of the store with the dress I purchased from David’s Bridal! So to any brides out there I strongly suggest you shop somewhere else, these ladies don’t have time!
This place is absolutely RIDICULOUS! Unprofessional to say the least! In the last few months they have made so many mistakes and the only acknowledgment I’ve gotten is “oh, so sorry that happened”! I will NEVER shop here again and will tell everyone that I know to stay away and shop elsewhere! How this establishment is still open I have no idea! Oh and how could I forget, when I came to be fitted for my bridesmaid’s dress my sister picked out for her wedding they gave me the WRONG dress and then it was too late to order one!
Yes I was nervous but the girls made me feel great Ms. Elizabeth was the lady who helped me she was great
Service is amazing I found the dress I dreamed it's beautiful they made my visit very special.
