If I could give them less than a star I would. The consultant helping with bridesmaid dresses ordered the wrong dress for two of the maids, we had to reorder which pushed out delivery date back. The delivery date was July 23, I called that day and surprise it was pushed back to August 1. I called today and yet again pushed back to August 27. Worst service I have ever experienced from a wedding venue. If you're like just about every bride and expect to feel like a princess during your moments of planning. Do NOT go to this location. -Lack of assistance -Rude employees -Incorrect inventory listings

This was the worst apt ever for my daughters first trip to try on wedding gowns . The girl that was assigned to us was clearly not wanting to be at work. She left my daughter to pull dresses by herself , told us we could only try on 6 dresses. In dressing room after 2 dresses just stood there and didn't help her in and out of dresses, said she was tired. Told my daughter, go look at other places then maybe come back. This location is the worst location ever. Adam Marks does not need to be in this line of business. He is unprofessional and rude. He yells at his customers and hangs up on them. Idk what his problem is but dealing with the public is not his specialty. I have called several times to speak with the Store manager Shawndra and she is never at work. I will tell everyone I know in the Lafayette and surrounding areas to never do business with this location .

I ordered shoes online, received them, wrong size. I've been trying to get a return merchandise certificate to get a refund on some $90 shoes. I do not see a customer service phone number to call, none of my emails get answered and they have a 14 day return policy. I've requested assistance from this local location and they will not help either. This has to be the worst service I've ever experienced with any business! If I could give 0 stars, I would. I had an appt for 2 bridesmaids. I was introduced to my associate for my appt, picked out a few dresses. My girls tried them on, the associate came back once to ask if we needed anything, when I asked her for another size in a dress, she never showed up with the dress.
