Everyone there is very friendly and helps you with a smile. I'm just very upset because when I purchased my dress I was told the alteration(just to hem) would have been $30.00. Well today my little girl and I went to get our dresses altered it was $60.00 each. I was very upset because I spent a lot on two dresses already and to spend another $120.00 just to get them hemmed is pretty ridiculous.

My niece had an appointment yesterday that she had made six months ago at the bridal show in Lafayette, Louisiana. When she got there there was no appointment for her. But, thankfully they were able to fit her in and we only had a 30 minute wait. The lady that helped her was helping others and wasn't fully attentive to the bride to be. At times we didn't know where she was. But ultimately she said yes to the dress!
The person who assisted us. Meagan, was not very good. Not engaged in helping my daughter. My niece had to help her. The young lady who checked us out was wonderful

slowest customer service. For the number of ppl in the store there were not at all enough workers and only 2 ppl working the register with one of them on the phone forever.

the staff was rushed and rude.. not all were but several. we had an appt. for 12:30 but was not seen until 2:20 and left around 5... I almost don't want to go back.. it took all I had not to cry... I hoped for a better experience and was sorely disappointed... advice to you all find a store that has more time for a bride like myself who needs time and help!

Sad to say I brought my dress from there 6 years ago and suggested my sister do the same. The consultant was rude, left and had us waiting 30 mins before we found out she was gone for the day. Another consultant came to help. Better yet to watch because she did nothing. Didn't help my sister in or out her dress. Worst service I've ever experienced.
