Very rude to my daughter when she picked up her $500.00 plus wedding dress we will never go back.... they need new reps or management Idk maybe both I just know I won’t be back and I will voice my opinion to my colleagues this experience was unacceptable

My daughter was in the store on 2 separate occasions. Both times she tried on a dress. When I called to order the dress, they didn’t have her size down. I was told by the girl to bring her in and we could try on a dress and order it that day. It is very inconvenient for me to get over there. Then she told me I could measure my daughter myself and call the measurements in. Finding a wedding dress and my bridesmaid dress was great, and i loved the sales lady, but after i paid for everything it all went down hill. This store is very unorganized, when i went to go pick up my undergarments for the dress that went well. Well the very next day they called to tell me my wedding dress was in and i explained how i live in Alexandria and i was literally there yesterday. We arrived on time. I am getting married in April. It was a last minute to have a wedding so yes I know I was pressed for time. The lady was nice...at first. From the get go it was "you need to find a dress today for your bridesmaids and order TODAY". After trying on the dresses I picked they didn't fit well on the girls. 1/15/18 11am appointment. We arrived 15 minutes early, they took us immediately. McKenzie found the perfect dress for Senior prom. Entire staff was very friendly and helpful. We were done in half hour
We encountered friendly and polite salespeople. Very patient, helpful and enthusiastic. Zero complaints regarding workers. Store was clean, well organized and most importantly not hot! Miserable to try on dress after dress and be uncomfortable. We purchased three bridesmaid dresses at the Lafayette, LA store on our first appointment date. Adam, one of managers, was excellent! Worse customer service I have ever received. Workers were rude and uninterested. Hate the fact that you cannot go in a try on a dress without an appointment even if all the dressing rooms are empty...not everyone who goes in there is looking for a wedding dress people...I will never step foot in David's Bridal again.
