I have yet to receive a dress that was ordered on February 28. I paid additional for rush shipping and was told it would be in no later than March 11 and that it would not be a problem to alter it by my wedding date of March 21st. Now I'm told the dress somehow ended up in GA, and they are unable to alter it because of a "situation" that has caused them to be very busy. From the moment I walked in, the employees were uninterested and unhelpful! I checked in at the desk and the lady "helping" me had me waiting ten minutes while she talked to other people, answered the phone, and just let me stand there in silence. Once she pulled up the information she then passed me off to another employee whose response was "I'm about to clock out soon" and asked me what dress number it was I was looking for. For anyone contemplating a purchase from #davidsbridal: DON'T DO IT! On December 1st, I placed an order for a dress to be worn at my sister's wedding on January 3rd. On December 26th, only eight days before the wedding, my sister called to see when my dress would be in because no one from the store had contacted me or the bride, even though they had both of our contact numbers. I wouldn't recommend anyone shop here if you want your dress to be right on your wedding day! The consultant who fitted me had me order 3 different dresses because she couldn't get my size right. Then after I finally got my dress in, they ordered the wrong slip to go under my dress, and I won't even have a new one in time for bridal pictures.
