I chose to go to David's Bridal because my biggest fear in going to a boutique was that they would have nothing that would fit me. I had an amazing experience at David's in London. As a very tall, plus size bride, I was worried about what options would be available to make my vision a reality. No worries here, I tried on many dresses and found the one. I ran into some issues when it came to the alterations, mostly because I didn't want to wear a bustier when I really needed one. Never do business with these people. They Ordered the wrong size dress wont do a return. Spent alot of money I will never spend another dime here again.

Love the dress I bought. But very disappointed in the fees charged for alterations that I was lead to believe at time of purchase was included. Which me over $200 I'm not impressed. To make matters worse my wedding is in 8 weeks my dress won't be ready for 6-8 weeks. I went with the booking time they suggested.

OMG!! I had a melt down this morning after realizing my bridesmaids from 4 different corners of the world had mismatching dresses. Apparently, the general public is supposed to know the difference between a "bridesmaid's" dress and a "special occasion" dress when they are all mixed in together in the bridesmaid dress section. Ended up walking out empty handed because the dress was DOUBLE what they advertised on their sign.

Dear David's Bridal I was in your London Branch on Friday to pick up my wedding dress. I was super excited. I love my dress and beyond exited for my special day in October. So so so disappointed today. After paying $150 in alterations for my bridesmaid dress, I get there today and find out the bra cups I asked for weren't put in and not paid for. I assumed with the ridiculous fee of $150, bra cups were definitely included. So $175 later (almost the amount I paid for this dress), you think it would be flawless... nope!
