I ordered a dress that was suppose to arrive a week ago, and they tell me it's an additional 3 weeks. The woman I talked to 2 weeks ago said it was on a truck. Today they tell me it's still on a truck and will be here in another 3 weeks. When I ordered it, they said first week of July. Suddenly that changed. I wouldn't take a dress from David's Bridal even if it was given to me! I went there a few weeks ago to try on dresses and as soon as I walked in, the receptionist was SO rude, got all of my information wrong. When I pointed it out so she could make the corrections, she blamed her mess up on it "almost being time for her to leave". Hate this place! They over-charged me for my dress hemming and my bustle ripped out on my wedding day. Don't trust them to do any dress.
Went to the store in Madison Heights, MI. Felt ignored/invisible and the staff seriously lacked customer service skills. I made an appointment and got almost no help. My sister who recently had surgery was helping me since no one else was and the person we had an appointment with was hardly anywhere to be seen.
