Very dissatisfied. I've never actually taken the time to write a poor review before, but my bad experience warrants some action. The sales person/stylist did not explain the process to us, leaving us all pretty confused on what we were supposed to do. When we finally got some dresses the stylist disappeared and we had the manager following up with us (who was very nice and helpful!) instead. Just a bad experience in general, beginning and ending with the stylist who was supposed to be helping us.

Extremely disappointed with their service. My sister ordered all her bridesmaid dresses through here and they were suppose to be all lavendar and one ended up being a darker purple. All the bridesmaid lived far apart and we didn't notice the difference until we were all together at the wedding. The photographer struggled photoshopping it and my sister was devastated. My sister in law who i also stood for also had a horrible experience who fell in love with a wedding dress there and kept getting faulted dresses once purchased... read more

I'm beyond disappointed and disgusted with this place. My best friend is getting married, so we had an appointment for 4:30 with her and the 4 bridesmaids. We did not get to our changing room until 5. The stylists we were given was rude, had no emotions and clearly did not listen to what type of dress my friend wanted. It came down to the point where us bridesmaids had to go and find our friend a wedding dress. Stylist did not take our measurements or even acknowledge us when we were looking at bridesmaids dresses. When I initially came in to order my bridal gown, I had a good experience with the sales person and was able to find a dress and felt that I received the proper attention and service to help me in this process. After making my purchase I set up an appointment for my bridesmaids to come into the store as a group to try on and purchase their dresses. Smiles all around and never made us feel pressured. Within the hour and a half I had found my dream dress. Thank you! When I went back to pick it up it I wanted to try it on before taking it home. It was all wrinkled. They said it was to prove that it came straight from the factory. We asked if they could steam it. Sure... for 40 dollars. Couldn't believe it. I have to say it is very disappointing putting on a very wrinkled wedding dress.

My fiance's bridesmaids ordered their dresses from this location and were told the maximum amount of time for the dresses to come in would be 22 weeks. Now on of the dresses isn't going to come in until the end of January, approximately 27-28 weeks after the order. The alterations were going to be made by my mother who is going out of state after Christmas. So now, because of the delay on David's bridals side, this won't work. Had to wait 15 minutes when we had an appointment. Salesperson was nice, but it was clear she did not hear my daughter when we told her what she was looking for. The dresses she brought out were not the style we described at all. It took approximately 10 minutes in between dress changes because salesperson was helping 2 other brides during our appointment time. Very impersonal. Extremely understaffed, our stylist was helping several other parties and we were trying on about 1 dress every 20 minutes just waiting around. We went to try to find our own selections and this older black lady told us to stop going thru the dresses and "messing them up" Wow we walked right out. Rude rude and she raised her voice to us and we had children with us and how she approached us was unacceptable. We went to a manager and the manager was useless and totally ditzy.
