I have NEVER had such a pathetic experience in my life. I went to the store to look at samples of invitations I planned on buying and when I asked one of the women who worked there she said uh, I don't even know what you're talking about. I then pointed at the invitation book and she said oh, ok knock yourself out and walked away. After looking through the ragged book and not finding the invitation there was no one available to help us find out if there were any other books. I am getting married and brought my sister to try on bridesmaid dresses yesterday and I stressed my concern to the stylist several times about the dresses all looking "cheap" and she said it was because they were wrinkled and worn several times. I found one I really liked, style F15701 but it had snags (little loops from the fabric being pulled) the stylist kept reminding me that the one I order would not have this issue. Sad experience for me. Unless you are under the age of thirty....don't bother. I was approached by a woman who wanted to know... "what I needed"... and when I told her it was my second marriage she told me to go ahead and look around....not to take anything off a rack and do not take anything out of the bags. There would be no time to let me try anything on, even though there was only one party in there. Horrible staff! Staff was rude and unwilling to help! They never stayed with the people they were supposed to be helping and we're constantly helping 5 groups at one time!
Do not get your alterations done here. They are rude, over priced, and cannot be bothered to help you. They just want you in and out!
