They are Super rude and could careless about their customers. I went for an appointment yesterday and felt so uncomfortable �! I will be going to the novi store tomorrow and I'm hoping it goes so much better. The lady I had was very good for nothing not helpful at all!!!

Alterations are way too expensive. Other places are either free or much cheaper

I would buy a dress at Davids Bridal, but I wouldn't get the alterations done there. You are better off going to a cleaners who does alterations than using the people at Davids Bridal!

Our consultant greeted us by rudely telling me to go look on the rack for dresses I wanted to try on, she did not introduce herself or ask me about my wedding. I wanted to keep an open mind and try on a variety of styles to find one that was good for my body type and get help from the consultant. She was not helpful at all. I tried on about 4 or 5 dresses. Very unorganized even when you have an appointment.. We made an appointment for 8 bridesmaids and they only had 2 fitting rooms for us. The "Consultant" that was set aside for us made sure she told us as our appointment got started that we only had 1 hour. She wasn't helpful with us finding dresses either. I was not impressed at all.

Customer service is lacking. Didn't call me when my dress came in had to call to find out where it was. Went to pick up dress last night was ignored by three staff members well one of the other staff members was running around trying to help people. My dress that I had been previously fitted for at that location was one size too big and they argued with me that that must have been the way it was when I tried it on. That makes no sense why would I buy a dress that's too big on me? To have it tailored in store would have been ... read more

I had such an awful experience at the Madison Heights store. They were so insensitive to my weight. When I ordered my dress, the sales person indicated that even though the top of the dress was large, I couldn't get into the smaller size because of the size of my stomach. I picked up my dress yesterday and it just so happened that I lost some weight. The halter top was so large, but I was told that when I get the right bra, it will be fine. I came in walked around and waited for 30 minutes, nobody helped us or asked us anything, so we left very upset !
