I have sent at least a dozen messages and called several times. I had the worst experience here and would really appreciate a manager getting back to me asap.

Me and my daughter went there on Friday . It a worst place ever that we ever seen how the maids treat their customers. My daughter asked them for the fitting room, they told my daughter that the fitting room is full. I went to see the fitting room it not that much of peoples in there, they had plenty of fitting room that haven't use yet. We found a dress waiting to pay. WORST PLACE EVER, DO NOT GO HERE!!! I am the Maid of Honor for my Sister's wedding and am less than impressed. We made an appointment for the Mother of the Bride to try on dresses and for my Niece to try on Flower Girl dresses. You guys need to spend more time and being more friendly to the bridesmaids. I get it, The brides dress is where you make the most $. But I almost packed my girls up and said let’s go somewhere else where we won’t feel rushed and have to purchase the first thing we try on, because they’re too busy trying to rush us out for the next person. I arrived late but it didn’t matter, they booked 2 clients at the same time, which in my opinion, if you are spending hundreds of dollars should be exclusive to one client at a time. The woman we worked with was nice but I (the bride) didn’t even have a chair to sit in. We stood for the entire visit until someone else left. Plus the woman couldn’t even remember the sizes and dresses my girls wanted to try so some girls were given too big dresses while others were given too small. It was ridiculous. Such poor quality, for bridesmaid dresses. Bummed out about it, the dresses look so different in the Magazines and adds.

Unpleasant welcome, despite having an appointment, my group and I felt like we were inconveniencing the staff by showing up even though I already had specific dresses picked out and was one of the easiest and most laid back customers ever. The few staff that were remotely friendly seemed overloaded and stressed out. I turned around and went back to the shop I had been at previously and purchased my dress there instead.

This is the WORST store ever. Save yourself headaches and go anywhere else. I'm sad to say that, because I've bought 2 prom dresses here and had good experiences with those, but I don't know if it's recent changes or just when it comes to weddings/wedding parties but this experience has been horrible.
