The only reason I’m giving 2 stars as opposed to 1 is because they have a great selection of dresses, and because Emmy (who helped me on the first day) was amazing. However, one star would be more adequately suited for the rest of customer service. Came back for my 2nd appointment, and my MOH got there early to check us in only to be told we didn’t have an appointment booked. This was an awful experience, especially being my first time ever trying on wedding dresses. I felt rushed the whole time, got yelled at for having a drink that the Stylist, Vickie, spilt. Vickie talked badly of her manager and co-workers the whole time, stating she couldn't stand her manager and that she's always on her case about pushing sales. Terrible experience! No service provided thank goodness we had an idea of what we wanted for bridesmaids dresses because the consultant was of no help to us. Mad that we even bought the dresses there just because it was convenient.
Knee length dresses are NOT too short for a 50 year old. The fact that the customer stated both dresses were perfect would usually prompt the question: great, can we ring them up? Not state, I will put them away. $300+ in sales lost because the staff didn't ask questions, learn about my needs OR listen to my buy signals. I have shared my thoughts with friends and will ensure my other 4 daughters choose other stores when there time for formal wear comes.

I had by far the worst experience ever at this store. The lady I was stuck with put me in the very back corner of the store where there was no room for my friend and family members, plus when I walked out of the room there was a wall where another row of fitting rooms ended. I've had good service, what I don't like is when you buy something brand new and not being able to return something, but instead store credit is offered. I just don't think this is a good policy. We spend so much money that if we come to the decision a certain item just won't work, we should be able to return with refund!! Frustrating to say the least!!
David's Bridal (Richfield, Mn) has THE WORST customer service I have ever come into contact with after spending thousands of dollars in their store. They sent my bridesmaid a faulty dress and when we brought it back in, instead of fixing the problem they said we can have 10% off one of the "try on used" dresses in the store in a size that was too big.
