Very poor customer service. Associates shouldn’t laugh at customers with lower budgets than originally planned the first time they were in. My initial appointment was great. Found a dress I loved but didn’t have cash for it, so we were waiting a bit as our date was still over a year away. Then COVID hits. Now we have drastically reduced our budget. finding my dress wasn't a problem. i told them my price range for everything. my dress was $20 over my budget fine it was only $20 and I loved the dress... with me being pregnant though they were worried about how it was gonna fit.. so they had someone from alterations come out and talk to me and they told me what they could do, then I asked how much they told $150 and because the wedding was only a few weeks away I had to pay $60 rush fee. I made an appointment it didn’t start till 30 mins later because my stylist was on lunch. Than why have me make an appointment? Than staff had my mother, sister and cousins standing while the bride next to me had seats for her guest. When I ask if they could have seats was told we can get them ourselves. Staff also did not ask me what I was looking for and tended to other brides as well. The dresses were dirty and had hair on them. I will absolutely not be recommending David’s bridal to anyone. My appointment didn’t start until 20-25 minutes after it should have. I understand things don’t always run as planned, but a heads up would have been appreciated. Then they told me to pick 3 dresses I wanted to try on. I had an absolute horrible experience at David's Bridal today. I walked in and had an appt. but I just had this weird feeling about the lady that was helping me. She showed us where all the dresses are to look at. Once i had a couple to try on she brought them to the dressing room and said here you are and walked away. She didnt help get me into any dresses. I had requested time in late afternoon earlier the same day, received a confirmation of that time and upon arrival the staff had no knowledge of said appointment. I was made to feel like an inconvenience, as they had to find a consultant to work with me this took about 15-20 minutes. My daughter's wedding was on the 23rd of June. We purchased all of the brides maids dresses there (4 total) 3 out of 4 had to either be replaced or had the zippers fixed, incurring extra cost. One the day of the wedding the maid of honor (in an already repaired dress) had to be sewn into the dress because of yet another faulty zipper! I would have expected better quality from a well known bridal company.

Ladies, do your research before you just book a bridal party fitting. I live in Sheboygan, WI. aprox. 7 hours from this location, i scheduled my apointment here because my mom and 3 of my bridesmaids live in MN as that is where I am from as well.
