The alterations to my brides maids dress was more then the dress itself and when I came in to pick it up there was a weird arrow in a white crayon which was not there previously granted the staff did what they could to get it for me however I should not have had to come into this issue I will take my business elsewhere in the future! Not worth the money and time I invested into this dress!

I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone!!! It was absolutely terrible! This location deserved every awful comment you got sorry to say, but we did not enjoy our experience in any way.

This store is a joke. We had a appointment first thing in the morning. They shoved all of the other people who were trying on dresses in the same crowded location in the store. There was not even enough seats for the people who were helping pick my dress. You couldn't even open a fitting room door without hitting the door of the person in the next fitting room. They had two consultants with about 7 people trying on dresses. They were running all over the place like a chicken with its head cut off. I felt like they only care... read more

Absolute joke. Even with an appointment, the Maple Grove location had one sales associate jumping between three parties all looking for wedding gowns. They managed to shove 3 seperate families into one tiny hallway with not nearly enough chairs for everyone to sit. One scattered sales associate jumped between all 3 brides without giving anyone the attention they deserved while there were at least 5 other associates standing at the front of the store, doing nothing. I was not impressed with my experience at the Maple Grove location when buying my bridesmaid dress. The girl helping me and placing my order was not very friendly. She honestly seemed like she didn't like her job. And I'm disappointed with the lack of care in packaging my dress to be shipped to me. The tape was BARELY holding the box closed. It took no effort to remove the tape. Glad my dress didn't fall out!
BEYOND pissed!!!!! I (stupidly) got 2 brides maids dresses from here that do not fit. I called 3x last week to make sure I could at the very least exchange one of them. So I made an appointment today (live an hour away and had to get sitter n all) to find out when I get here, they won't exchange either dress. Waste of my time and money!!!!!!!!!!!!
I called the Maple Grove store to ask if they had a certain size dress. The girl who answered said no we don't have it. So I asked about getting my dress altered because it was too small around my ribcage. She told me they don't alter dresses to make them bigger. And was so unhelpful. I proceeded to call the Sioux Falls store and the lady asked right away if I just wanted to bring my dress in to see what they could do. And what do you know they were able to alter it to make it fit. So if you can avoid this store you should.
