My fiancé found the dress of her dreams at your store. She ordered it and recently went to pick it up. When she picked up her dress the one she ordered did not fit correctly and she just didn't get the same feeling as the one she originally tried on, it didn't look the same and she didn't have the same confidence she did in the first one. If I could rate less than a 1 I would. My brother's fiancée bought a dress and it turned yellow, and they had it for 12 days and didn't get it clean. We had found the dresses and the color we wanted for the bridesmaids dresses and had to change the color because it was going to take 15 weeks and the wedding was in a couple months (wouldn't be in until a week after the wedding) once one of my fellow bridesmaids picked up her dress and it has tears and rips all over it. I love the consultants but I ran into a issue and need to not buy the original dress I called an talked to someone and they said I'd get a call back from the manager.... that never happened! That was last Tuesday! ....?

Daughter was part of a wedding today, Saturday. Three bridesmaid's dresses were missing hook closures in back. One dress was sized two sizes too small. This for $130 each. This is not the only instance of this type of thing happening. Just be careful and get it early .... so you have time for the fix.

Not enough people working for the amount of appointments. Did not enjoy the atmosphere at all. I recommend The Wedding Shoppe in St Paul that's where I said yes to my dress!

Worst service. I walked in... on a Monday evening. Literally 3 other people in the entire place. The gal at the counter acted like I was an inconvenience so I offered to go look because I already knew the styles. She said she would send someone right over. I picked out the dresses and went back up to the entrance as no one had come over yet. I asked for a room. She told me someone would show me back. I stood there for another 10 minutes listening to the 2 girls at the counter having a great personal conversation, still no on... read more

I have had nothing but problems with the employees getting the dress info right the dresses arnt sent out on time. Couple of the employees were great with helping me but the rest suck.

From the moment my bridesmaid and I walked in the door, we were treated rudely and felt so completely unwelcome. I'm also pretty sure the greeter made a loud noise expressing her displeasure of us being there to another employee. Any interaction we had with her was horrible, she even made a point to loudly let us know that the bridesmaid dresses were not $20 off if a bridal gown wasn't purchased.
