I can not recommend Bicky the store manger from Natick enough! She was SO helpful. Not only did I drop the ball and was late to order a dress she went out of her way to help fix the problem. She truly went above and beyond for me and my sisters and we are so thankful. Go see Vicky!

We worked with Nancy at the Natick location and she was incredible. I was beyond pleased with the experience. She made me feel very special and listened to my wants and needs. She even skipped her lunch break to stay an extra hour and a half to work with me even though my appointment was only for one hour. The pricing was very reasonable and she was able to work with me within my budget. My daughter set up an appt at this location 3 weeks ago, for herself, her maid of honor, mom of the groom and me. The experience entirely exceeded my expectations regarding current COVID requirements, etc., and just as importantly, I was so happy for my daughter, as she was able to have a positive, fun and memorable experience! I had the pleasure of having Cassandra as my stylist this past weekend and she was so helpful and patient. She so attentive to detail and what I liked about each dress. She brought in dress after dress, even the ones I didn’t want to try on after seeing them up close, and never once made the process feel like a chore. I’d gone to another David’s Bridal the Saturday before where the stylist left me to my own devices to get into and out of the dresses but Cassandra helped with every step. Made an appointment for 2:00 pm was met by a couple of different people until I met Ella who eventually helped us find several outfits to try. My sister found one in particular that was not in my size but Ella kept insisting that the computer showed it in stock. Another salesperson overheard the conversation and took it upon herself to find it and bring it to my dressing room. It ended up being what I purchased.

The gentleman that helped us was very nice. However I just wish there had been more "so this than this and then that" as far as how it all works as far the process of buying altering and everything working

Dont charge so much for the alterations you guys charged me 105 dollars when i found a place that did it for 25 and did a really good job for that amount
