My stylist was busy, so your cashier Cory stepped in and she was wonderful!!! She completely comprehended what I was looking for and went out of her way to find me the dress I loved and in the color I was adamant on having! She was SO helpful! She needs to be advanced to a stylist asap!! I found my dress and walked out of your natick Massachusetts store with my dress and one very happy mother of the groom!! Thank you very much Cory!!!

Erin did an amazing job working with four of us looking for dresses. We had a couple brides and a couple brides maids. She picked out great dresses and was very attentive. I will definetly ask for her to help next time.

I had an incredible experience today at your store (though to be fair every experience I've had at your store has been positive)! Every one of the sales associates went above and beyond to be friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I would like to specifically thank Kira, Nuisa, and the third seamstress whose name I did not get (maybe Laura? But I could be completely wrong. She was a young woman with long straight hair. Ella was wonderful and made this particular experience at David's Bridal in Natick, MA the best yet. She was very helpful in finding a dress that suited my figure and personality and I'm so happy with the outcome! There was too few staff on. I wasn't getting the complete attention from the consultant because she was to busy answering the phone and helping other customers while she was helping me. There needs to be a better scheduling system in place.
